Terms of service

These terms apply when you order from FreshCut Hyderabad ("FreshCut", "we") through freshcuthyd.shop or the FreshCut app. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. The service

We deliver boxes of fresh-cut fruit to serviced pincodes in Hyderabad, Monday to Saturday (no Sunday deliveries), in morning slots between 6:30 and 9:30 AM. The fruit mix may change with the season and market quality; the box weight shown will not.

2. Plans and prices

Plans are weekly (1 week) or monthly (4 weeks), with daily (Mon–Sat), alternate-day or weekday deliveries. Prices are per box, include taxes, and are shown in the app before you confirm. Your plan's price is fixed for that plan, even if our prices change later. Trial boxes are listed as "coming soon" and can't be ordered yet.

3. Payment

Unless the app says otherwise, you pay for the whole plan in cash or UPI to the rider on your first delivery. UPI AutoPay may be offered later; if so, you'll authorise it separately.

4. Changes, skips and pauses

You can skip a delivery, pause, change your box or slot in the app until 9 PM the night before. After that, the next morning's box is already being prepared. Skipped and paused boxes are added to the end of your plan.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime in the app. If you've paid for boxes that haven't been delivered, we'll refund them to your UPI ID or in cash within 7 working days. Boxes already delivered or past the cutoff can't be refunded.

6. Delivery

Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number. If nobody is available, the rider will follow your delivery note (for example, leave it with security). A box that can't be delivered because of a wrong address or no access counts as delivered.

7. Quality

Keep boxes refrigerated and eat them on the day of delivery, ideally by noon. If something isn't right, send a photo on WhatsApp the same morning and we'll replace the box or credit your plan.

8. Allergies and health

Boxes may contain any fruit in our seasonal list, plus sprouts and seeds in the FitBox. They're packed in a kitchen that handles all of these. Calorie figures are approximate. Please check with your doctor if you have allergies or dietary restrictions.

9. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Please contact us first and we'll try to resolve any issue quickly.
